Undated blueprint contains details about various land transfers; C A Wood to Homestead Association Inc. 2/28/1920 W M Wood to C A Wood 2/28/1920 W M Wood to American Woolen Co. 10/21/1921 Shows Main, York, Balmoral and Haverhill Streets. Gives original location of Burnham Road and Haverhill Street, old bridge on Haverhill Street, Shawsheen River. Shows brook now covered by culvert behind Balmoral Street. Shows former locations of Green or Cunningham House, Brown House, Hill House, Mura House, Edger House, McNalley House. Indicates houses now owned by Homestead Association on Balmoral Street- Leslie House #1, Bradley House #2, Taylor House #3, Town Hall. Blueprint includes two notes about red and green shades and what they indicate although there is no red or green on the blueprint. In corner is drawn on #15. Date is estimated at 1921 due to locations of houses on area where the Administration Building would be built. MS 696 |
